Miami Roleplay is a serious and immersive GTA FiveM roleplay community. By joining our server or Discord, you agree to follow these rules. Staff have final say in all situations.

Tip: use keywords like “RDM”, “VDM”, “VoL”, “Discord”, “stream”.
  • Respect Everyone: Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, or threats are not tolerated.
  • Follow Staff Instructions: Staff decisions are final. Do not argue in public chats—use tickets.
  • No Exploiting or Cheating: Hacks, mods, glitches, or exploits = immediate ban.
  • Stay In Character (IC): Remain IC unless an approved OOC situation exists.
  • No Metagaming: Do not use outside information (Discord/streams/DMs) in-game.
  • No Powergaming: No forcing actions or unrealistic behavior that breaks immersion.
  • Value of Life (VoL): Your character must value their life in dangerous situations.
  • RDM: Killing without valid RP reason / initiation is prohibited.
  • VDM: Using vehicles as weapons without a valid RP reason is prohibited.
  • Fear RP (FRP): Show fear when realistically threatened (guns, numbers, etc.).
  • Follow Discord ToS: You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service & Community Guidelines.
  • Be Respectful: No harassment, racism, sexism, hate speech, or threats.
  • No Spamming: No flooding, excessive caps, emojis, or repeated content.
  • No Advertising: No promoting other servers/Discords/services without permission.
  • Use Proper Channels: Follow channel topics and channel-specific rules.
  • No Drama/Callouts: Do not publicly argue or call out players/staff—use tickets.
  • No NSFW: No explicit/inappropriate content of any kind.
  • Staff Impersonation: Impersonating staff or abusing roles will be punished.
  • Voice Conduct: No soundboards, mic spam, yelling, or disruptive behavior.
  • Serious RP Expected: No trolling, meme RP, or intentionally ruining scenes.
  • Character Consistency: Realistic backstory/personality. No random changes without RP reason.
  • No OOC in IC scenes: Don’t use OOC text/voice during active RP scenarios.
  • No Unrealistic Knowledge: Your character cannot know what they haven’t learned through RP.
  • Valid RP Reason: Criminal actions must have a real in-character reason and escalation.
  • Progressive Escalation: Verbal → threats → physical. No instant violence.
  • Hostage RP: Must be realistic. No fake hostages or unrealistic demands.
  • Robbery Cooldowns: Major crimes may have cooldowns set by the server.
  • No Random Crime Sprees: Crimes must be planned and RP-driven, not for chaos/grinding.
  • Chain of Command: Follow ranks and departmental SOPs.
  • Realistic Response: Do not rush scenes just for action.
  • No Revenge Policing: Do not target due to bias or OOC interactions.
  • EMS Neutrality: EMS must remain neutral and not participate in crime while on duty.
  • No Cop Looting: No looting law enforcement equipment/vehicles without RP approval.
  • Realistic Driving: No GTA-style reckless driving without RP reason.
  • No Vehicle Combat: Vehicles are transport, not weapons unless initiated & roleplayed.
  • Vehicle VoL: High-speed crashes must be roleplayed with injuries/consequences.
  • No Unrealistic Off-Roading: Vehicles must match realistic terrain capabilities.
  • Injury RP Required: Injuries must be roleplayed realistically and consistently.
  • No Instant Recovery: Severe injuries require medical attention & recovery time.
  • Pain RP: Show limitations and pain after injury.
  • Death RP: Death is serious. Repeated reckless deaths may result in review.
  • Phone/Radio Realism: No using phones/radios while restrained, injured, or unconscious.
  • No GPS Tracking Abuse: GPS/map tracking must be roleplayed and realistically obtained.
  • No Radio Eavesdropping: No listening to restricted channels without access through RP.
  • Approval Required: Gangs/organizations must be staff-approved.
  • Size Limits: Groups must follow server-set member limits.
  • No Mass Recruitment: Recruitment must be through RP, not OOC/Discord DMs.
  • Gang Wars: Conflicts must be approved and roleplayed over time.
  • No Third-Party Intervention: Don’t interfere in active scenes unless RP allows it.
  • One Scenario at a Time: You may not participate in multiple active scenes.
  • Scene Priority: Active scenes take priority over new ones.
  • No Stream Sniping: Using livestreams for in-game advantage is prohibited.
  • Stream Delay Required: Recommended 2–5 minutes to prevent stream sniping.
  • No Sensitive Info: Don’t show staff tools, reports, player lists, or OOC info.
  • No Chat Influence: Stream chat cannot influence in-game decisions.
  • Protect Player Privacy: Don’t encourage harassment or targeting.
  • Stream Sniping Prohibited: Severe punishment if used for advantage.
  • Content Responsibility: You’re responsible for your content & your audience behavior.
  • No Public Arguments: Don’t argue/complain/call out players or staff in public.
  • Use Tickets: Reports, appeals, and concerns must go through Discord tickets.
  • Evidence Recommended: Clips/screenshots/logs strongly encouraged.
  • Remain Respectful: Be respectful and honest when dealing with staff.
  • False Reports: Abusive/malicious reports may be punished.
  • Staff Decisions: Respect decisions. Appeals only through proper process.
